This is being the reason; these both show great solubility in dilute Hydrochloric acid. Although this mineral is complex in nature, yet is very soft to be crushed into the fine powder that is soft to touch. It is mainly composed of anhydrous carbonate mineral which includes Calcium and Magnesium in higher amounts.
